Responsibilities: (Middle School Aged Students)

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and meet the individual needs of our diverse student population Provide differentiated instruction to support the academic and social-emotional growth of all students
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, kindness, and a love of learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and best practices
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on student progress and support parental involvement in their child's education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred
• Iowa Teaching Certification or Substitute Teaching Certificate required 
• Experience working in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth

Benefits:
